#BlackFriday #ComingSoon
Name the festival, holiday or sale. Occasely plans the campaign, writes each post for your channels in your language, and publishes it on time.
Then, when the comments come in, it DMs each person the price, the link or the answer they asked for. Early access

The occasions engine
Occasely tracks the holidays, festivals and shopping days your customers care about, wherever you sell, and puts each one in front of you with time to plan it. Pick one and it drafts the campaign (on Growth and Pro), or add your own: an anniversary, a launch, a Saturday sale.
Step 1 · Plan
Type “Black Friday sale, 20% off” and Occasely plans the arc: tease it, build it, sell it, close it. That’s 8 to 14 posts across your channels, each one written and dated. Review the board, change anything, and approve it into the calendar.

How campaigns workStep 2 · Create
Type one line and get a post for every channel, each written to that platform's rules. Set the goal (sell, announce, engage or educate), then rephrase, shorten, lengthen, warm up, formalize, add emoji, fix or translate any draft in a tap.
Paste the link to a product in your Shopify store or on your own site, and Occasely writes the post brief from it, with the product photo already attached. No retyping what your listing already says.
18 languages, including the ones people actually mix when they sell. Copy that sounds like your best salesperson, not a textbook.
“Este Black Friday, todo a mitad de precio — solo hasta el domingo.”
“Is Diwali, ghar le aaiye khushiyaan — flat 20% off, sirf 3 din.”
The AI paints the scene. Your headline, offer and logo are then set on top in code, so the spelling is exact and the colors are yours. Five layouts (Offer, Product spotlight, Festival greeting, Testimonial and Announcement) in square, portrait, story or wide.
Turn a plain photo of a dress, top, jacket or necklace into an on-model or styled shot. Pick the garment, model, pose and background from chips, with no prompt to write. “Preserve detail” keeps embroidery and fine detail sharp, and every render with a generated person is labeled “AI model”.
Growth and Pro write as many posts as you like; Free includes 10 AI generations a month. AI images come from a monthly allowance (up to 5, 100 or 250 by plan) because every render costs real money. Instagram automation has monthly message limits too. Hit a limit and it stops; you're never billed extra.
Screens are illustrative.
Every featureStep 3 · Publish
Not the same caption pasted 12 times. Each platform gets its own rules: hashtag counts, lengths, tone, links. X stays under 280 characters and Threads under 500. Plan on a month, week, day or list view, drag to reschedule on the week view, and every approved post goes out at its slot.
A failed send is retried up to 3 times. If a publish might already have gone through, it isn't retried, so nothing posts twice.
A heads-up 7 days before a channel connection expires, then every 3 days until it's reconnected.
If a post can't go out, the calendar says why and what to do, like “Instagram posts need an image — attach one and reschedule.”
12 channels built in. Your plan sets how many you connect (2, 6 or 12). Channels marked Coming soon open as each platform approves our access or we switch them on, and your Connections page always shows what you can connect today. YouTube and WhatsApp aren't here: Occasely publishes text and image posts, not video, and WhatsApp is messaging rather than posting.
Step 4 · Engage · Instagram
Early accessSomeone comments PRICE under your post at 11pm. They get your link in their DMs right away, and everyone else sees “Sent you a DM 💌” under their comment. Ask for an email or phone number and it's saved as a lead; tracked links count their clicks.
Early access. Instagram automation is open to a first group of workspaces, and opens to every plan after that.
Illustrative example
Attach an automation to one post, to up to 50 posts you choose, or to everything on your feed.
Send price, Send catalog, Capture email and Send booking link, with the keywords already filled in. Comments, DMs and story replies can all trigger an automation.
Instagram allows one private reply per comment, so your text, your link and your first question go out together in one message, with their first name. The next message waits until they answer. Add a public “Sent you a DM 💌” if you like. A cooldown per person, a day by default, stops anyone getting the same message over and over.
Emails and numbers are saved on the lead with the automation that captured them, ready to export as CSV. Tracked-link clicks are counted per automation and on each lead's timeline. Step into any conversation yourself, or pause the automation for one person.
Add your prices, hours, delivery areas and locations once. The AI answers questions from that alone, in the language the customer wrote in. A reply with a price or link that isn't in your knowledge base is stopped before it's sent, and complaints, refunds, returns and anything rude come straight to you, with an email.
In every plan. Free: 2 keyword automations and 200 messages a month. Growth ($19/mo) adds AI replies, lead capture and tracked links; Pro runs up to 3 Instagram accounts.

FAQ
Twelve: Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Telegram, X, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit, each written to its own rules rather than one caption pasted twelve times. Your plan sets how many you connect (2, 6 or 12). Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, X and Threads can't be connected yet; your Connections page shows what you can connect today. YouTube isn't here because Occasely publishes text and image posts, not video, and WhatsApp is messaging rather than posting.
Occasely Engage answers Instagram comments, DMs and story replies for you. Someone comments a keyword like PRICE and gets your link in a private DM; a DM or a story reply can do the same. On Growth and Pro, replies can also ask for an email or phone number and save it as a lead, links count their clicks, and an AI answers questions from your own knowledge base and sends anything it isn't sure about to you. It's in early access for a first group of workspaces, and opens to every plan after that.
No. You sign in on Instagram's own screen and approve the permissions it lists; Occasely gets a token, which is encrypted at rest. Automation needs an Instagram Business or Creator account and runs only through the official Meta API, with no scraping and no browser bots. Meta's rules are built in: one private reply per comment, within 7 days of it; DMs only within 24 hours of the customer's last message; and a business never messages anyone first. A cooldown per person, a day by default, stops anyone getting the same reply over and over.
Writing is unlimited on Growth and Pro, so regenerate as often as it takes to sound like you. Free includes 10 AI generations a month, and every AI action counts as one: a post written, a rewrite, a set of hashtags or an image. Occasion campaigns: 2 a month on Growth and unlimited on Pro; Free doesn't include them. AI images and Instagram automation also have monthly allowances, because each one costs real money to run. AI images: up to 5, 100 or 250 a month by plan (HD counts as 2, Preserve detail as 4, and a failed render is refunded). Instagram automation, in early access: 200, 2,000 or 10,000 automated messages a month, with up to 500 or 3,000 AI-written replies on Growth and Pro. Hit a limit and that feature stops until next month; you're never billed extra.
Posts: never. Nothing publishes until you approve it, and an AI agent connected over MCP can only leave drafts. Google review replies: never; the AI drafts and you press publish. Instagram automations are the one exception, by design: once you switch one on, it replies for you with the words, links and knowledge base you gave it, and complaints, refunds and returns come to you instead of the AI. You can pause any automation at any time.
You can, and plenty of businesses do. The difference is that here they share one brain. The brand kit from your website shapes every post, image and AI reply; the occasion calendar decides what gets planned; and it's one login and one bill. As Engage opens, the comment automation attaches to the post you just scheduled. If you only need one of those jobs, a single-purpose tool may suit you better.
Images, yes; video, no. Image generation paints the background scene, then sets your logo, headline and offer on top in code, so the words are spelled exactly and the colors stay yours. Product Studio turns a photo of a garment or a piece of jewelry into an on-model or styled shot, and labels every render with a generated person “AI model”. Images come from a monthly allowance: up to 5 on Free, 100 on Growth and 250 on Pro.
Not yet: connecting a Google Business Profile opens once Google approves our Business Profile API access. When it does, Occasely will bring your reviews into one list, unanswered first, and check for new ones once a day. The AI will draft a short reply in your voice (two or three sentences, never arguing, never promising a refund, discount or callback you haven't offered), and nothing will be posted until you press publish.
Paste your website, pick your next occasion, and have this week's posts written before your next customer walks in. Free plan, no card.
